Le LSABM

Le laboratoire “Sciences Analytiques, Bioanalytiques et Miniaturisation”, dirigé par Valérie Pichon, constitue une équipe de l’UMR 8231 (CNRS-ESPCI Paris) Chimie Biologie Innovation dirigé par Jérôme Bibette (directrice adjointe Valérie Pichon).

Sa thématique principale de recherche est la conception et l’étude de nouvelles stratégies analytiques et bioanalytiques pour répondre aux nouvelles demandes sociétales : analyses de plus en plus rapides, à faible coût, faciles à utiliser sur le terrain, échantillons de très petite taille et/ou très complexes, analyses de traces ou d’ultratraces. La miniaturisation des systèmes analytiques vers des laboratoires sur puces est un axe prioritaire. Les applications concernent tous les domaines (santé, environnement, sécurité alimentaire, sécurité des personnes…).
