Bottom-up Systems Biomimetism

My group is developping a bottom-up, physico-chemical approach to understand and control complex biological organizations/functions using well-defined synthetic systems. In this talk, I will discuss the following topics :
1) Photocontrol of gene expression systems using light-induced nucleic acid conformational changes
2) Artificial cells in a living world
3) Living cells in an artificial world
4) Photocontrol of micro- and macrofluidic systems
